HARLINGEN – Heavy rains didn’t completely shut down Harlingen’s Market Days.

The event is held every first Saturday of the month along Jackson St.

But some days, Mother Nature likes to pay a visit so the umbrellas come out and the crowds begin to thin out.

Veronica Maldonado, one of the many vendors, says despite the rain, “the show must go on.”
