Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office investigates deadly conduct incident in rural Weslaco

Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office is investigating after responding to a deadly conduct incident involving a family in rural Weslaco that landed one person in the hospital Thursday night.
According to a news release from the Hidalgo County Sheriff's Office, at 8:16 p.m., deputies responded to Azul Street and Mile 11 in rural Weslaco.
Officials say deputies are on the scene and are investigating an ongoing feud among a family.
"[A] preliminary investigation reveals one vehicle intentionally struck [three] other vehicles, which were occupied, as a result of the feud," the news release stated. "One person has been transported to the hospital for medical treatment, with [non] life-threatening injuries."
The investigation remains underway.
