MCALLEN – McAllen police arrested and charged a 17-year-old with two counts of aggravated assault.

Police say Jacob Edward Lopez allegedly shot two people.

The incident happened at approximately 4 a.m. Sunday near the 2100 block of West Sprague Road.

The victims were treated and have been released from the hospital.

A judge set Lopez’s bond at $160,000.
