Edinburg City Manager Ron Garza will make an announcement at city hall Friday afternoon, according to city spokesperson Ashly Custer. 

A press conference of the announcement, slated to begin at 1 p.m., will be livestreamed in this article, as well as on our KRGV Facebook page.
