EDINBURG - Fred Taylor was part of one of the golden eras for Bronc basketball. After playing at Pan American College, he would go on to play in the NBA. The UTRGV athletics department has honored Taylor by retiring his #30 jersey. CHANNEL 5's Erica Ross was at the ceremony.
