WESLACO – New details were released regarding the murder investigation of a Weslaco doctor.

Criminal complaints reveal more on how police cracked the case of Dr. John Dominguez.

The suspect vehicle seen on surveillance in the November crime was allegedly involved in a home invasion just south of Abilene.
