BROWNSVILLE – Police in Brownsville are working to identify a man killed early Monday morning after being hit by a car.
Police spokesperson Melissa Gonzalez says the accident happened around 2 a.m. near International and Southmost boulevards.
She says the driver involved did stop to help and will not face charges.
Officials released a photo of a tattoo on the man's upper left arm.
