With February marking Responsible Pet Owners Month, Hidalgo County Precinct 3 launched a community-driven pet supply drive.
The drive aims to support local pets in need while promoting responsible pet ownership within the community, according to a news release.
The drive began on Monday and runs through Friday, Feb. 16.
Members of the public are asked to donate dry and wet dog and cat food, and cleaning supplies.
The items will be donated to Yaqui Animal Rescue.
Those wanting to donate items can drop them off at the Hidalgo County Precinct 3 Administration Office, located at 724 Breyfogle Rd. in Mission.
