BROWNSVILLE – From award winning entrepreneur to wanted man.
On Wednesday, Brownsville police department confirmed they have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Now we've learned that back in 2017, Valencia was an up and coming businessman in the McAllen area, where the McAllen Chamber of Commerce once awarded him thousands of dollars.
Brownsville police say Valencia could be anywhere in the Rio Grande Valley specifically Pharr, McAllen or Mission, and that he could be driving a white GMC Canon or a black Ford Explorer.
