The first game for UTRGV’s football team is set for Saturday, and the university's dance team is getting ready for the big day.

Members of the UTRGV dance team joined Channel 5 News to share details about the festivities surrounding the upcoming game.

Before kickoff, Channel 5 will air its Vaqueros Game Day Show Saturday, Aug. 29, at 10 a.m. The broadcast will include in-depth coverage and exclusive interviews.
