Brownsville, TX (KRGV) — The Brownsville Police Department is asking for help finding a 76-year-old man who is deaf and non-verbal and has dementia.

Police identified the missing man as 76-year-old Mario Alberto Soto.

According to police, Soto was last seen at about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday at his home in the 1800 block of Palm Boulevard. He may have been wearing a gray shirt and black pants.

Police said Soto is 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
