BROWNSVILLE – It’s race time at Texas Southmost College in Brownsville. The racecars on the track this weekend won’t be your typical ride.

The electric race cars are all built from scratch. Teams from different schools in the district, including TSC, will race.

The TSC team started building their car in February, meeting for just an hour every Friday.

The dynamic duo, Sergio Cisneros, and his teammate, Marco Martinez, will race the ride they built.
