Sheriff’s office: 4 people detained after stolen vehicles found in Donna
Four people were detained for questioning after two stolen vehicles were found at a residence in Donna, according to a Wednesday news release from the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office.
The unidentified individuals — three women and one men — were detained after deputies with the sheriff’s office responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 600 block of Serverino Street in Donna, the news release stated.
Deputies at the scene confirmed that the vehicle matched the description of a recently reported stolen vehicle that was located at a nearby residence. A second stolen vehicle was found at that same location, the news release added.
“This is a preliminary criminal investigation that is fluid and the facts can change as more information is developed by our investigators,” the news release added.
