EDINBURG--A second suspect is now charged for this week's murder in Edinburg.
     28-year-old Hector Jonathan Perez was arraigned Saturday evening for the murder of 37-year-old Anastacio Rocha Jr. Rocha's body was found inside his car Monday night on Big 5 and Gladiola Dr. in Edinburg.
     Perez was charged with capital murder and was given a $800,000 bond. He was taken to the Hidalgo County Adult Detention Center.
     Another man, 37-year-old Juan David Garcia, is also charged with capital murder in connection to this case.
