San Benito police arrest two suspects after executing narcotics search warrant
The San Benito Police Department said they have arrested two males on drug charges after executing a narcotics search warrant at a home.
Police said San Benito Special Investigations Unit, with the assistance of San Benito SWAT and Cameron County SWAT, executed a narcotics search warrant on December 23 at a home on the 1100 block of Scott Brown Boulevard.

According to police, they made contact with 17-year-old Elisio Bueno and 20-year-old Alfredo Peña at the residence and were detained.
After searching the home, law enforcement found narcotics and Bueno and Peña were placed under arrest. After questioning both suspects, it was determined they were involved in the street level sales and delivery of marijuana and THC products, according to police.
Bueno is facing charges of manufacturing and delivery of a controlled substance and delivery of marijuana. His bond was set at $300,000.
Peña is facing charges of delivery of marijuana, and his bond was set at $75,000.
