BROWNSVILLE – A Brownsville man says this isn’t the first time he’s needed help after floods.

Javier Medina says his family has dealt with flooding at their property during storms for as long as he can remember.

Medina says he’s calling for a new drainage system.

KRGV’s Frank McCaffrey spoke to a city representative who says they’ll have to assess the situation before making a decision.
