Police investigating after bomb threat reported at Weslaco McDonald’s
A McDonald’s restaurant reopened Wednesday after it was evacuated due to a report of a bomb threat, according to the Weslaco Police Department.
Police responded to a report of a bomb threat at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 1025 North Texas Blvd. Wednesday afternoon. The restaurant was evacuated, according to a social media post from the police department.
A search of the restaurant determined that there was no immediate danger, and the restaurant was deemed safe enough to reopen.
