A deadly shooting in Mission was the result of a verbal dispute between two men, according to Mission Police Chief Cesar Torres.
The shooting occurred at around 8:30 p.m. Monday night at the 2800 block of Dinastia Dorado Street.
According to Torres, the victim was at his girlfriend's house when the suspect arrived.
Torres said a verbal dispute occurred between the two individuals when the suspect pulled out a gun and shot and killed the victim.
Torres said the suspect will be arraigned on Wednesday and is facing a murder charge.
The identities of the victim and suspect will not be released until after the arraignment.
