LAREDO – A Laredo Border Patrol agent accused of murder will be back in court Thursday.

Juan David Ortiz will learn if his bond will be reduced; he’s accused of killing four people last year.

His bond is currently set at $2.5 million.

Authorities took Ortiz into custody after one of his alleged victims escaped.
