Fire at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge contained
The Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge will remain closed through Saturday following a wildfire at the property.
Officials on Friday said the fire was contained, but there are lingering hot spots.

As previously reported, 230 acres of the 2,000-acre property burned following a Wednesday fire that’s believed to have started along the river bank.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
