DONNA – Several Donna mobile home owners have the green light to move out of their park, but now they've run into some more roadblocks

A group of mobile home owners wanted to know the requirements to move out of Magnolia Village Park in Donna.

Winter Texan Mike Jordan and year round resident Don Baustian hired Pete's Moving Service to get them out. 

We also interviewed Jesus Perales with Pete's moving two weeks ago too about the moving process. Now he's hired to do the job.

"Usually it's a next day turnaround you know get them all the paperwork, give them deposit, the next day or two days were allowed in to do our business and get out of there," said Perales.

Jordan says they have been waiting for five days. Perales and eight of his customers are in limbo.

They tell us they may have to go another route and lawyer up.
