WESLACO – A Rio Grande Valley man paid $22,000 for a swimming pool, but the job was left unfinished.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS first reported about Aurelio Villegas’ contractor issue last week.

Villegas says the pool is finally usable, something he and his family had been waiting for, for more than three weeks.

Last week, a representative from M&A Pools told us the nearly month delay was because of personal issues.

On Monday, he said everything on the contract is now fulfilled.
