WESLACO – Once a Weslaco family gave their final payment for a new pool, the construction stopped and the work was left undone.

“They need to finish installing the lights on the pool, the pump, and their electrical and whatever other pumping that needs to be done. As you can see the water has been in here for three weeks,” says Aurelio Villegas.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS reached out to M & A Pools to the number placed on the contract.

Better Business Bureau President Dolores Salinas says this is not the first time they've heard about M & A Pools.
