WESLACO – There will be changes to the way the 2020 Census survey will be completed in the Rio Grande Valley.

For the first time ever, there will be a U.S. Census Office in the Valley.

Congressman Vicente Gonzalez made the request to the Census Bureau a few months ago.

He says the office will ensure a better count in our area, which in turn means more funding.
