4 Teens Charged in Donna Home Invasion, 5th Suspect Hospitalized
NEAR DONNA – Four teens went before a judge for their involvement in a home invasion in rural Donna.
Authorities said the suspects broke into a home on Catherine Street on Monday.
Hidalgo County Sheriff’s deputies said 18-year-old Eric Ramos, 17-year-old Serbando Calderon, 17-year-old Matthew Vargas and 18-year-old Jesus Andres Munoz were all charged with aggravated robbery.
A fifth suspect was shot by the homeowner and remains in the hospital. He’s also expected to face charges.
The teenagers also face charges of engaging in organized criminal activity.
