EDINBURG – The Vital Statistics Department is one of many county offices moving due to the construction of a new county courthouse in Hidalgo County.
Hidalgo County clerk Arturo Guajardo says the public will still have access.
"Namely, our marriage licenses, our birth and death certificates and all of our land records are now accessible at this new facility, which is approximately two blocks north of the court house,” he explains.
The new facility is located at 317 Closner Boulevard in Edinburg.
