EDINBURG – The Democratic candidates are done with for the night, but the debate continues.
Campus organizations at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley are pushing for more students to stay informed and get younger generations to the polling booths.
Students attended a debate watch party on campus and shared their thoughts on issues they'd like the candidates to discuss.
“I think immigration, especially for our region, I think one of the things we usually don't hear about is the future of higher education,” said Alexandra Smith, a student.
