Two suspects are behind bars after their arrests at a Harlingen motel Saturday morning.
41-year-old Kevin Lee Narup and 42-year-old Lisa Ann Torres were both charged with felony theft, stemming from a case reported at Bass Pro Shop in April.
When police executed a warrant at the motel on North 77 Sunshine Strip, they noticed Narup was holding what looked like a gun when he refused to come out.
Narup surrendered before the S.W.A.T. team arrived.
The weapon was found to be an airsoft replica pistol.
Narup's bond was set at $40,000.
Torres' was set at $30,000.
