Starr Co. Man Arrested on Kidnapping Charges

RIO GRANDE CITY - A 22-year-old Rio Grande City man is facing three attempted kidnapping charges.
Texas Rangers and Starr County sheriff’s investigators raided the home of Lisandro Lopez on Friday. The search warrant was executed in search of evidence related to the investigation of a kidnapping.
Lope was arrested and taken to the Starr County detention center without incident.
His bond was set at $500,000 per charge. No other details were released.
