ALAMO – Local law enforcement is warning the public of trash thieves after the Christmas holiday.
Once the presents are unwrapped and unboxed, the trash needs to go somewhere.
Police say you need to be careful where you put those empty boxes.
“[People] put trash in the front yard and all that does is it gives people who are driving by the opportunity to take a look and see ‘hey those people have that,’” said Officer Juan Messa of the Alamo Police Department.
