SANTA ROSA – The main road leading to Santa Rosa is flooded, cars left alone and homes surrounded by water.
Residents found themselves in waist deep floodwaters; some are taking up the challenge to help other neighbors.
Fabian Loya and Martin Silva joined forces with other neighbors to help anyone who might be stranded.
“We've been all since last night; all these houses right here are flooded,” said Silva.
The duo used their trucks and a canoe to transport people out of their homes.
