Man to Receive Partial Refund after Failed Car Repairs

HARLINGEN – A La Feria man says he’s getting some of his money back after a car deal went wrong.

Juan Paz says he bought a Buick after signing a “no refund, no warranty” contract from a dealer in Harlingen.

After a few days, the car stopped working. He says he took the car back to get it repaired but when that failed he called 5 On Your Side.

We spoke with the lot’s owner in an off-camera interview. He says he’s willing to give Paz a partial refund.
