House Fire Breaks Out in Mission Overnight

MISSION – Investigators are looking into the cause of an overnight house fire in Mission.

The fire broke out before 11 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of W 4th Street and Nicholson Avenue.

Crews were able to keep the fire contained to just one home.

We're told the homeowner was taken to an out-of-area hospital for severe burns. A firefighter was also treated for smoke inhalation.
