Hidalgo Co. Property Taxes Due Monday

EDINBURG – The Hidalgo County Tax Assessor-Collector's Office is giving owners a chance to pay any unpaid balances in property taxes.
Those with delinquent balances can make a payment by July 2 to avoid higher interest and penalties.
Any accounts still owed, will incur additional attorney fees to cover the cost of collection.
Taxpayers have until 5 p.m. Monday to make payments.
You can pay through their website, by mail to Hidalgo County Tax Office, Pablo “Paul” Villarreal, P.O. Box 178, Edinburg, Texas 78540, or at the following locations weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.:
