PHARR – Pharr’s city engineers says construction on a tri-city sidewalk project isn’t expected to start until next year.

Previously, a city spokesperson told CHANNEL 5 NEWS the project was going to begin this week.

The city engineer sent us a map of proposed sidewalks.

The city says the project is expected to start in the first quarter of 2020.
