Police of identified the victim as 55-year-old Marco Antonio Rodriguez.
The other two victims remain in critical condition.

BROWNSVILLE - A fatal crash is under investigation in Brownsville.
It happened on the 3500 block of Alton Gloor Boulevard around 12:30 p.m. Saturday.
Brownsville police tell CHANNEL 5 NEWS two vehicles were involved in the crash.
One person was killed, two others remain in critical condition.
The identity of the victims has not been released.
