Briseno Construction Owners Facing Charges From All 47 victims

WESLACO – The owners of Briseno Construction are now facing charges from all 47 of their victims.

The individual cases were dismissed earlier this month for the owners of the company, Adelina Briseno, and her daughter, Alejandra Melendez.

This allowed the state to file new indictments.

Melendez was indicted this week. She will be back in court next week to be formally charged.
