ARROYO CITY – A boating accident in Arroyo City is under investigation after a man died.
A preliminary investigation showed the boat hit a marker in the intercoastal waters at around 12:30 Saturday morning. Two people were sent to the hospital with severe injuries.
Texas Parks and Wildlife officials said a man around 45 years old died and a woman aboard the boat is listed in critical condition.
Officials haven’t said whether the two are related.
