Arrested Mission Doctor's License Temporarily Suspended

WESLACO – A Mission doctor accused of inappropriate contact with his patients has had his license temporarily suspended.
Humberto Rafael Bruschetta is charged with two counts of sexual assault and one count of indecent exposure.
Bruschetta was released from the Hidalgo County Jail on Friday after being arrested for the second time on Thursday.
A spokesperson with the Texas Medical Board said a disciplinary panel found Bruschetta to be a threat to public welfare following the allegations against him.
Bruschetta’s license won’t be reinstated until criminal matters are resolved.
