PROGRESO – Military personnel are installing concertina wire near the Progreso International Bridge.
A U.S. Army spokesman told CHANNEL 5 NEWS there are currently 2,200 active duty service members in Texas to help Customs and Border Protection.
They will help to provide force protection, as well as medical, aviation and engineering support to CBP through September.
