HARLINGEN – A woman is in the hospital after crashing into a cement truck.
It happened early Wednesday at approximately 12:53 a.m. on the 2600 block of southbound US 77 Frontage Road.
Police say the female driver of a black Nissan was traveling southbound when she slammed in the back of the cement truck.
Harlingen Fire Department had to extricate her from the vehicle.
She reportedly sustained multiple injuries; her condition is unknown.
The crash remains under investigation.
