MCALLEN – A McAllen woman wonders if her veteran husband's pension will be affected by a new Veterans Affairs reform.

She says her husband has Alzheimer's, making it necessary to receive funding from the agency.

CHANNEL 5's Frank McCaffrey spoke to a veterans service officer to find out if the reform will change things for the couple.
