The Veterans Affairs is giving out free food for veterans.

It's happening at the VA Healthcare Center on Veterans Drive in Harlingen on Thursday from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.

The food drive is first come, first served while supplies last.

Veterans must be enrolled in healthcare at the VA to qualify and must present a valid Veterans Affairs ID.
