Several Valley veterans groups came together on Saturday to bring in appliances for an army veteran and his brother.
Veteran Noe Hernandez and his brother, Jose Hernandez, received a new home last year due to the bad living conditions of their previous house.

Multiple Valley businesses and non-profits built them the new house.
The South Texas Afghanistan Iraq Veterans Association from Brownsville and the RGV chapter of the Combat Vets Motorcycle Association delivered $2,800 worth of new appliances to make the house feel a little more like a home.
