A full scale active shooter campus exercise was held Monday morning at the UTRGV campus in Harlingen. 

The scenario conducted to test and identify any gaps that need to be addressed in case there ever is an active shooter on campus. 

The university police were working with FBI, DPS, Harlingen police, and officers with the TSTC College Police Department. 

The university also tested communication within each agency.
