MCALLEN – The U.S. Postal Service is expecting about 15 billion letters and packages to be delivered this holiday season.

USPS is offering extended hours at several Rio Grande Valley locations throughout this time.

The facilities are either opening earlier and/or extending their hours between Dec. 8 and Dec. 22.

The offices with changing hours on Saturdays are listed below:

• Brownsville – 1535 Los Ebanos Blvd | Hours: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
• Harlingen – 1502 New Combes Hwy | Hours: 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
• McAllen – 620 E Pecan Blvd. | Hours: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
