PHARR – The Texas Department of Transportation announced plans to extend the Pharr interchange on Thursday.

A meeting took place at the Boggus Ford Event Center to discuss the $150 million project, which is scheduled to begin in 2020.

TxDOT will expand the interchange by adding two 12-foot lanes.
