ALTON- Police are investigating a shooting at the 900 block of Jefferson street in Alton.

The alleged shooting happened around 8 p.m. Friday. 

According to a Facebook post, authorities say officers found two male deceased when they arrived at the property.

Investigators say they are conducting a homicide investigation.
