Midnight Madness is back for Edcouch-Elsa.

The Yellow Jackets brought back the event after five years without it.

The players spearheaded the effort.

"They reached out to us and we had this discussion," Edcouch-Elsa football head coach Victor Cardenas said of his player's desire to start Midnight Madness back up at the school. "It was kind of a no brainer to listen to them."
