MCALLEN – A new trial date scheduled for a Rio Grande Valley doctor in federal custody.

Dr. Jorge Zamora Quezada, who is accused of misdiagnosing patients for profit, is set to appear in court on Nov. 25.

Zamora and his wife, Meisy, were arrested last year.

He remains jailed. Meisy was released two weeks ago on bond.

Both face health fraud charges.
